Rubén Hernández, born on May 5, 1974, in Venado, San Luis Potosí, is a true example of determination and resilience. In 1996, he arrived in the United States driven by the desire to build a better future for his family. Starting from the ground up in the paving and line striping industry, he learned every aspect of the trade through hard work and dedication. Over time, his leadership and commitment led him to management roles, eventually inspiring him to launch his own business in 2008. Today, his journey reflects perseverance, faith, and a strong desire to inspire his four daughters.
Blackline Commercial Paving LLC was officially founded in February 2023, built on more than two decades of hands-on experience in the industry. The company was created with a clear purpose: to deliver professional line striping, parking lot maintenance, and complete paving solutions with unmatched quality and attention to detail. Serving Houston, Austin & San Diego, Blackline represents the evolution of a vision turned into reality.
